Recently named as the most romantic city in the United States by Amazon.com, Knoxville, TN is anything but a city for lovers when the Big Orange host football games in the fall.
If you are out of luck and can not find or afford a ticket to the game, "the strip" which is located within walking distance of Neyland Stadium offers a variety of alternatives. My personal favorite, Goal Post Tavern (formerly OCI, and located in the old Chili's location), is the prime location for Vol fans to unite and cheer on the Orange and White to victory. Goal Post Tavern offers a fully stocked bar, pool and darts, and plenty of room to mingle with your friends without feeling overcrowded. Make sure to take advantage of the $3 domestic "big gulp" special all night. Goal Post Tavern offers indoor and outdoor porch seating, and is sure to make any Volunteer fan feel right at home while watching the big game.
